The bar is crafted with a 60% cocoa content with banana chips, spiced rum and salted crackers in the mix to give it a sweet, textural profile. The bar is headed to the brand’s website now with independent retailers and wholesalers receiving stock in the months ahead. The chocolate sets itself apart from the competition with its single origin recipe and unexpected flavors to work well for curious foodies.
Co-Founder Ella McKay commented on the FATSO Drunk’n Monkey bar saying, “There’s no monkeying around with this flavour!
