Germany’s foreign minister has raised chilling alarm over Vladimir Putin’s intentions with Ukraine. On a visit to Kyiv, Johann Wadephul said that the Russian President aims to conquer all of Ukraine with his war. Mr Putin “wants to subjugate the whole of Ukraine and at the same time spread fear throughout Europe”, Wadephul said, adding that Mr Putin’s “alleged willingness to negotiate is just a facade.” Watch for more details.
