The design promotes transparency and public engagement with shaded plazas, multiple entrances, and a rooftop “Cultural Forest” that further integrates the building into its parkland setting. Spanning both the Taichung Public Library and the Taichung Art Museum, the complex supports over one million physical and digital volumes alongside 40,000 ft² of gallery space.
