This fresh palette, dubbed Timberwolf/Linen, features a monochromatic cream suede upper accented with tonal “N” branding, a thin foam midsole, and a dotted outsole that nods to ’70s and early‑2000s running silhouettes.
The 204L model, introduced earlier in 2025, marries the streamlined build of ’70s running shoes with tech-inspired suede textures. Its multi-paneled construction, arced overlay lines, subtle branding, and lightweight cushioning make it a versatile, heritage-infused lifestyle option. Gaining traction through collaborations with AURALEE, Kith, and Basketcase, the Timberwolf colorway is the latest expression of New Balance’s design evolution—balancing nostalgia, modern minimalism, and day-to-day wearability.
