Launching exclusively at AREA15 in Las Vegas this fall, ‘Interstellar Arc’ is an immersive mixed-reality experience that merges cinematic storytelling with advanced experiential technology to create a richly detailed vision of interstellar travel. Drawing from real-world developments in space science and exploration, the project offers guests a thoughtfully constructed narrative journey that blends science fiction with emotional depth and technological innovation.
Set in the 24th century, “participants begin their voyage at a futuristic Las Vegas spaceport. Upon boarding the Interstellar Arc, they enter a simulated cryogenic sleep, awakening 262 years later as they near an unknown destination.” Throughout the experience, guests reconstruct their identity and motivations, uncovering why they chose to leave Earth and what lies ahead on a distant world.
Housed within a purpose-built venue at AREA15, Interstellar Arc provides a full-body, shared narrative environment that extends beyond traditional virtual reality. It places visitors at the center of the story, enabling unprecedented immersion in a space-bound cinematic journey.
