
The Beyond Good Microbatch Collection has been debuted by the direct trade chocolate and vanilla brand as a series of single-origin dark chocolates perfect for satisfying cravings for ethical treats. The chocolates come in four varieties including Vanilla Bean, Sea Salt & Nibs, Candied Ginger and Rum Raisins, which each have a 70% to 72% cocoa content, depending on the variety. The bars are crafted with heirloom cocoa beans sourced from Madagascar and Uganda, which have been slow-processed to maximize flavor complexity, low acidity and a smooth, velvety texture.
Head Chocolate Maker Sariaka Andrianarivo spoke on the Beyond Good Microbatch Collection saying, “Each small, numbered batch represents hours of careful monitoring, tasting, and adjusting. It is craft chocolate making at the source rather than mass production, and I can’t wait for [consumers] to experience it.”
