NEW DELHI: At least 10 people died after a fire broke out following a reactor explosion at Sigachi Chemical Industry in Telangana‘s Pashamylaram, PTI news agency reported.The reactor blast took place at Sigachi Pharma Company, Pasamailaram Phase 1, Medak.
