The new Minis line features three varieties of seed crackers, including Sesame, Everything, and a debut sweet flavor subtly sweetened with dates. All products are crafted from the same simple formula of seeds and spices without fillers, added sugars, or artificial additives. Designed to cater to diverse dietary preferences, the Minis are gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, and Whole30-compliant.
Ella’s Flats’ resealable packaging enhances practicality for families, travel, and portion control. Founder Ellen Macks emphasizes that the Minis were developed in direct response to customer requests for a more portable, shareable format of the brand’s popular seed crackers.
