Mandy’s has introduced two new limited-time gourmet salads for the summer season, drawing inspiration from Southern culinary traditions and rustic charm. These gourmet creations, the ‘Rodeo Greens Salad’ and the ‘Wrangler Bowl’ blend bold flavors with fresh, hearty ingredients, offering a refined take on the comfort and character of Southern fare.
Now available at all Mandy’s locations across Canada, the Rodeo Greens Salad ($20) features a classic ranch dressing paired with iceberg lettuce, mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, corn, bacon, bread and butter pickles, blue cheese, and a crunchy topping of kettle chips. The result is a layered, textural dish that balances creaminess and tang with smoky, savory depth.
The Wrangler Bowl ($22) on the other hand, is a more robust option, centered around creamy jalapeño ranch dressing and pulled beef. It also includes chimichurri, oven-roasted onions, corn nuts, bread and butter pickles, and a creamy slaw of kale, carrots, and red cabbage—offering a vibrant, full-bodied dining experience.
