52 week high stocks: Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today’s trade


NEW DELHI: Shares of DCM Shriram, Shree Global, Quality Power Electr, TN Telecom and Ellenbarrie Ind. Gas, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Thursday’s trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 48.11 points down at 25405.3 amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Stampede Cap(DVR), Sadhana Nitro, Globe Civil Projects, Mahalaxmi Fabric Mil and R K Swamy, touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 21 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 29 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Apollo Hospital, Dr. Reddys, Hero MotoCorp, ONGC and Maruti Suzuki were among top gainers during the day, while SBI Life, Kotak Bank, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Finserv and JSW Steel ended in the red.


The BSE Sensex closed 170.22 points down at 83239.47. Traders piled up positions in IT Enabled Services, General, Tourism & Hospitality, Auto and Retail sectors, while selling was witnessed in Industrial Consumables, Airlines, Construction, Holding Company and Shipping sectors during the day.
